Dharma Yoga is a system of classical Hatha Raja yoga based on the teachings of New York’s renowned master of yoga Sri Dharma Mittra whose wisdom is based on love and compassion.
In this class, Emi will help you develop strength and flexibility through the Shiva Namaskar Vinyasa, a flowing sequence which is both physically and mentally challenging. Modifications and variations will be given so as to enjoy our time together.
Pranayama and chanting are also included to calm the mind and purify the heart.
Classes are suitable for those with some experience of yoga and particularly those looking for a challenge.
